    CEO & FOUNDER

    Michael Toto has over 30 years of corporate experience at Fortune 100 global companies. Most recently, he was a senior executive at Verizon Business leading the Product Development & New Technology where he led the development and integration of digital media and IoT solutions across global markets.

    He is a visionary product and technology executive known for driving innovation at the intersection of digital media, IoT, and enterprise transformation.

    His work spanned diverse industries—including sports, media, automotive, transportation, healthcare, and hospitality—leveraging Verizon’s core assets to deliver impactful solutions at scale.

    During his tenure at Verizon, Michael launched the award-winning Verizon Partner Program (VPP), built the foundational Business Solution Alliance (BSA), and created the Shark Experience presented by Verizon in collaboration with Club Car and Greg Norman—redefining the golf experience through networked technology then expanded this platform to the rental car, bus and hospitality industries.  

    He also played a strategic role in developing infrastructure solutions for LIV Golf and expanded Verizon’s influence through partnerships with leading brands like, Avis Budget Group and Hyundai. His leadership extended into the launch of Verizon’s IoT Thingspace platform and digital solution ecosystems across 19 verticals.

    Heather is a dynamic change leader with 20+ years of global experience driving digital transformation and top-line growth by uniting business strategy with technology.

    Most recently, Heather led the product strategy and global launch of Schindler Ahead, a suite of IoT-based solutions providing real-time elevator and escalator performance analytics, remote monitoring, and digital media services. This included the Schindler Media Network, an in-elevator advertising and communication platform, which reached over 100 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, enabling new revenue models and enhanced customer experiences.

    Heather is known for building agile, cross-functional teams and forging strategic partnerships to deliver real-time digital platforms and IoT cloud services. She is recognized for Industry Leadership and Innovation with honors including Best of Swiss Apps for Business Impact and Design (2019) and Elevator World for Leadership and Innovation (2019).     Michael is a Performance-driven, innovative leader with deep expertise in strategic planning, large-scale transformations, and operational excellence.

    Most recently at Verizon, as Business Transformation Lead for Distribution & Special Projects, Michael developed a time-in-motion study that introduced the “Force-to-Load” model, reducing in-store activation by 20% and boosting NPS by 3 points. As Chief of Staff for Verizon Consumer Group (VCG), he established the inaugural Chief of Staff organization, streamlined governance and priority-setting for senior executives, and led a comprehensive Covid Execution Plan across all channels.

    Michael earned Master Black Belt status and multiple President’s Club Awards over a 15-year span, driving cross-functional teams across retail, indirect, enterprise/B2B, and wholesale channels. Notable for opening new market segments, including M2M and cyber security, alongside telemedicine innovations. Core competencies include Business Transformation, Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Team Building, and Process Optimization.
